After yesterday they have lost a loyal customer. 1 hour and 40 minutes, two lines , then another waiting period! All for three large hoagies and two fries with sauce??? 2 unit building ready for your finishing touches.

The last time I was there they were so rude to me, I could not bring myself to buy anything. UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER OPEN PHONE ALWAYS BUSY Food is good but not worth the hassle. What you would expect out of a black owned business. I won't support a business that don't care. I've lived in Chicago all my life and have been going here all my life, and so has my family. Their customer service could be a lot better, and the spot could be a lot better. But like every other great small restaurant, were going their for the food. They did not put all of my food in my bag. Food is good service still a little slow snd full of attitude . Love the steaks and don't leave off the fries I've coming here over 25 years.
